Different people have different preference when it comes to the weight of cutlery. Older people or children prefer lighter cutleries. Some diners have bigger hands and they prefer something heavier, longer and wider.
Functionality Precedes Design
A good set of cutlery must be functional. We can buy the most exquisite and elaborate set of flatware. It can be the most shiny set but if it is too thick, rough or uncomfortable to hold, it can ruin the whole dining experience. It must be able to serve the needs of the diners.
